How do I receive my eBooks after purchase?
Immediately after a successful payment, you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your files. You can also access your downloads anytime in My Purchases (permanent access to your orders and files).
Which file formats are available?
All books come in PDF, EPUB, and AZW3 (Kindle). Choose the format that works best for your device or app. If you need help opening a file, contact us.
How can I read my eBooks on mobile?
All CryptoBookz titles work perfectly on phones and tablets. We recommend using the free ReadEra app, available for both iOS and Android. It supports all our formats — PDF, EPUB, and AZW3 (Kindle) — and offers a smooth, ad-free reading experience.
Is there a download limit or expiration?
Download links are always available in My Purchases. If you encounter a technical limit (e.g., too many attempts in a short time), contact us with your order number and we’ll assist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, PayPal (where available), and cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC/ETH/stablecoins) via trusted processors. Crypto transactions are final and irreversible — please double-check network and address.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, many of our titles include a 14-day money-back guarantee clearly stated on the product page — giving you extra confidence when purchasing. Can I get an invoice with VAT/Tax details?
Yes. Enter accurate billing information at checkout. If you need company details on the invoice, add them in the billing fields or contact us after purchase with your order number.
Can I update my email or account details?
Yes — log in to your account to change email, password, and billing info. If you no longer have access to your original email, contact support with proof of purchase.
Will I get future updates to a book I’ve bought?
When we release updates or corrections for a title you own, we’ll generally send an email and refresh the files in My Purchases. Major new editions may be listed as separate products.
Can I use the eBooks for commercial purposes or share them?
Purchases are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Redistribution, reselling, or uploading to public drives is prohibited. See Terms & Conditions for licensing.
My card was charged but I can’t download. Help!
First, refresh the order page and check your email (including Spam/Promotions). You can also access your files anytime in My Purchases. If nothing appears after 10 minutes, send us your order number and the email used at checkout.
Do you have coupon codes or bundles?
Occasionally! Subscribe to our newsletter for early access to promos, bundles, and new releases.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any newsletter. You’ll still receive essential transactional emails (e.g., receipts).
